ABOUT ME
Guided by Curiosity, Grounded in Care
Meet Susan, MS LMFTA
I grew up in Texas and moved to the West Coast after college, eventually making Seattle my home in 2002. I fell in love with the natural beauty and vibrant energy of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mother who finds joy in the simple moments—whether I’m cheering on my kids at their activities, spending quality time with my husband and friends, or taking long walks through Seattle’s charming neighborhoods.
I have always been deeply curious about people and the stories that shape their lives. This genuine curiosity is at the heart of my work as a therapist, helping me connect with clients in meaningful and compassionate ways. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a real estate agent, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples from diverse cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds, often during moments of high stress and transition. That experience continues to inform my therapeutic approach with empathy, insight, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. I see individuals 16 and older as well as couples.
